(USA TODAY) -- There are openings at the judges' table on American Idol.
Would Jennifer Lopez, who left the FOX show, ever go back to the singing competition, which has suffered from sinking ratings and on-air bickering?
"I don't know. That's the question of the moment. I loved doing the show. I've said that over and over. If it came down to it and things were right and it worked out right -- we have a lot going on right now," says Lopez, 43. "For an offer to come in and for me to consider it, I would have to sit down and look at my next year."
Lopez was just named the chief creative officer of Latino-centric nuvoTV, which held its upfront presentation on Wednesday in New York. "I'm just in the moment of what I'm doing right now," says Lopez, of her plans for the future. "I don't have any more time!"
Randy Jackson has already announced he's leaving the show and reportedly, so is Nicki Minaj.
