WASHINGTON (AP/WUSA9) -- Fifteen people were hurt after a Metrobus and minivan collided on Saturday.
The incident happened at about 1:30 p.m. on the 2700 block of of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in southeast D.C.
According to a Metro spokesperson, the minivan improperly changed lanes and cut off an A9 bus traveling southbound toward Livingston Rd. A D.C. fire department says two people have serious but not life threatening injuries.
The bus then struck the Dodge minivan.
The driver of the minivan was charged with improper lane change.
