Video Released Of Woman Who Robs 2 DC Banks In 17 Minutes

WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Police in D.C. need your help in identifying a woman who robbed two banks within minutes of each other on Monday morning, police say.

The first robbery happened at approximately 9:13 a.m. at the PNC Bank in the 4200 block of Wisconsin Avenue NW. The second robbery happened at approximately 9:29 a.m. at the Bank of America in the 3400 block of Connecticut Avenue.

In both cases, the suspect showed a note to the teller demanding money, both tellers complied. 

Police are looking for a Hispanic or Middle Eastern woman in her early 30's, about 5'5", with medium build and has curly hair and was wearing a Band-Aid on her face in both incidents. She was wearing dark clothing and a black scarf and was driving a black Jeep.

According to police, no injuries were reported in the robberies.
