WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- About 300 Janitors, who say they haven't been paid for their work at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, held a rally on Tuesday.
Their union filed a complaint with the Department of Labor against the contractor that hired them.
However, Escab Enterprises says it hasn't been paid by the federal government, so it can't pay the workers.
9News reached out to the spokesperson at Walter Reed National Military Medical who said they received a incorrect invoice from Escab Enterpirses which contributed to the delay in their payment.
Walter Reed has since received a corrected invoice and paid the contractor.
