Ariston Jamal Dickson Charged With Second Degree Murder In The Shooting Of Robert Maurice Lesueur

WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- D.C. police say they arrested a Southeast man in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Robert Maurice Lesueur.

Tuesday night, 21-year-old Ariston Jamal Dickson of Southeast Washington was arrested pursuant to a warrant charging him with second degree murder.

Lesueur was found unconscious and shot after police responded for the report of an assault in progress in the 1700 block of 27th Street, SE on Monday morning. He was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
