WASHINGTON, D.C. (WUSA) - Two suspects, visible on surveillance video, are sought in connection with an armed robbery on Oct. 18, according to police.
At approximately 9:55 p.m. the suspects entered the Lena Market in the 1200 block of Underwood Street, NW. The employee at the market cooperated and the two committed an armed robbery, leaving with an unknown amount of cash.
One suspect is described as a black male, age 34, medium complexion, and slim build, approximately 6'2" with a black beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt over a black long sleeve shirt, dark jeans, tan loafer-style shoes and a tan canvas fishing-style hat.
The second suspect is also described as a black male, 5'2," medium build. He was last seen wearing a black stocking over his face, a green hooded zip-up jacket (with hood up), blue jeans and dark shoes.
