WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Award-winning international winemaker, Antonio Macanita, visited JC on Wednesday to introduce his new line of Sexy Wines including a sensual Red, a romantic White, and a seductive Rose'.

Macanita prepared tantalizing appetizers to pair with the selected wines, which JC loved.

Sexy Wine is a range of exclusive wines from the beautiful FitaPreta vineyard in Portugal's Alentejo region, created with dedication and cultivated by experienced growers.

Clams
Fresh Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse Sea Salt
Ground Fresh Pepper
White Wine
Squeeze Fresh lemon to taste
Drizzle olive oil in heated pan. Add chopped garlic, add clams, sea salt & pepper to taste. Allow clams to cook for approx. 5 minutes. Add a splash of SEXY White wine. Serve as soon as the clams open up fully.

Squeeze some fresh lemon and serve.

Baby Bella Mushrooms with Prosciutto & Fresh Cheeses

Baby Bella Mushroom Caps
Thickly Sliced Prosciutto
Freshly Grated Parmesan
Freshly Grated Manchego
Coarse Sea Salt
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh zest of Orange over top
Clean mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the garlic, cilantro, mushroom stems and prosciutto. Drizzle olive oil in heated pan then sauté the mushroom caps. Remove the caps to cool, add a touch more olive oil to your pan, then add chopped ingredients with a touch of salt to taste. Stuff the caps with your chopped mix. Grate manchego and/or parmesan over caps. Place in oven at 350 to melt the cheese. Sprinkle with fresh zest of orange.
