Pork Sausage Ragu

- 1 lb Italian mild sausage
- 1 Small onion, chopped very fine
- 1 Small carrots, cut into very small cubes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Rosemary stalk
- ½ tablspoon Olive oil
- 1 ½ cup Tomato sauce
- Sauté together all of the ingredients in olive oil until nice and brown.
- Add the white wine to the ingredient mix and reduce completely.
- Finally, add the tomato sauce to simmering mixture.
- Cook slowly for 1/2 hour.
