Run With Jessica Doyle In Couch To 5K Finale

WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- I am in Week 7 of my Couch to 5K, my slow and steady training program for running a 5k.

This is what Week 7 looks like:

  • 5 minute warm up
  • Jog for 22 minutes
  • Walk for 1 minute.
  • Run for 1 minute.
  • and a 5 minute cool down

My 5K is only one week away. Training was tough this week, working 12 and 13 hour days and not being able to run outside. But I am re-doubling my efforts this weekend and up-coming week. 

I want you to come run with me. I'm getting a team together to run the Glow-In-The-Dark fun run at RFK stadium. It is next Friday, November 9.
