(USA Today) -- Justin Bieber will not be prosecuted for allegedly running his white Ferrari into a paparazzo in Hollywood. The Los Angeles District Attorney has rejected the case, according to a TMZ report.
Police said at the time of the incident in June that there was no crime and the injuries were not life-threatening. A video posted on TMZ shows Bieber getting into his car and being surrounded by paparazzi. As the pop star drives off, one of them falls to the ground, clutching his knee.
It's just the latest in a litany of attention-getting incidents involving Bieber this year, most recently a pot bust on one of his tour buses.
