Logan has been missing since September 15, 1999. She was last seen early in the morning--around 1:30--at her apartment in the 4400 block of South Capitol Street, SW. She has never been heard from again.
Inside Logan's apartment, family members found her crying infant son.

Logan is 5'8" and weighs 118 pounds. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and black pants. At the time of her disappearance she was just 37.
