WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- U.S. auto sales have revved up enough to be a bright spot for the economy.
General Motors, Ford and Chrysler reported sales gains last month.
Sales of Chrysler's Ram pickup increased 25 percent, making March the best month for the car company in nearly 6 years.
It was also a good month for Nissan, too.
Toyota just gained one percent in U.S. sales, but had a very strong March last year.
