DETROIT, Mi., (WUSA) -- The Detroit Auto Show has General Motors revved up on all cylinders, and there's good reason.
The car manufacturer's 2013 Cadillac ATS was named car of the year. It's the first time for the GM unit.
And, the award for truck of the year when to Chrysler's Ram 1500 pickup.
The recognition is yet another sign of GM's and Chrysler's comeback since the federal bailout four years ago.
