ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- Alexandria fire officials say that no one was injured in a fire at a townhouse on Wednesday morning that resulted in at least $150,000 worth of damage.
The fire was located in the 900 block of N. Alfred Street.
Officials say the fire was "confined mostly to [the] exterior of [the] home." All the occupants were able to escape without injuries shortly before 11 a.m.
Officials say fire damage was confined to the rear deck and outside of the home, but there was some smoke and heat damage inside the home. The outside of the neighboring house also suffered some minor damage.
Occupants of the home of the fire have relocated, according to officials.
Fire marshals determined that the fire was accidental, and appeared to have started in some trash and debris behind the home.
