Lexus gives its distinctive brand look to the CT
Toyota has freshened up the looks of its CT 200h compact luxury hybrid to make it more like the rest of the lineup, added a few other touches and kept the price the same.
CT will get the hourglass-shaped front-end design on other Lexus models. It's what the brand calls it the "spindle grille" and what we have called looking a lot like the face of Star Wars' bad guy Darth Vader.
Also as part of the update, CT gets a new front bumper, daytime LED running lights and new fog-light "surrounds."
The 17-inch wheels have a new design and the rear spoiler is a little more than an inch larger. The CT is rated at 43 miles a gallon in the city, 40 mpg on the highway for a combined rating of 42 mpg.
The new one comes to showrooms as soon as late January with a price of $32,050 plus $910 in delivery fees.
