BALTIMORE (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to talk about the need to invest in infrastructure during a visit to Baltimore.

The vice president plans to highlight a $10 million grant to the Port of Baltimore during a visit on Monday.

The grant is expected to help improve the port's productivity by widening the channel. It also will increase the port's cargo storage capacity.

Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx is also scheduled to attend, along with Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley.
