WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards Show may very well be remembered as the Year of Timberlake. Justin Timberlake stole the show at the VMA . He took the stage for a mini concert and walked away with the biggest prize of the night.
Timberlake won the top honor for "Mirrors" on the same night he reunited briefly with 'NSYNC and received the Michael Jackson Vanguard Video Award.
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis won for best hip-hop video for "Can't Hold Us" and best video with a social message for "Same Love."
Taylor Swift, One Direction, Bruno Mars, Selena Gomez and Thirty Seconds to Mars also took home awards.
