More trouble for the Lohan clan.
Dina Lohan, 50, mother of freshly rehabbed Lindsay Lohan, was arrested Thursday night in New York and charged with DWI, driving while intoxicated.
TMZ reports that after a breath test revealed her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
New York State Police saw Lohan zooming in her white BMW at around 11 p.m. driving at "a speed of 77 mph in a 55-mph zone," according to a police press release.
Lohan was pulled over , arrested and taken to Farmingdale, on Long Island, for processing.
According to police, Lohan said she was injured during the arrest. But when emergency personnel arrived and evaluated Lohan, "there were no injuries and she recanted her claim," the release says.
Lohan was issued traffic tickets for the two DWI offenses and speeding.
She was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24.
