COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - For Maryland, being unbeaten and ranked in the Top 25 was fun while it lasted.

Now, after being jolted back to reality with a 63-0 loss to Florida State last Saturday, the Terrapins will try and get past the humbling defeat.

Senior guard De'Onte Arnett called it "a wake-up call." He said Tuesday the Terps were caught up in being ranked and lost their focus.

Maryland also lost quarterback C.J. Brown, who sustained a concussion in the second quarter. His status for Saturday's game against Virginia is uncertain, according to coach Randy Edsall.

Edsall says "the mood of the team is good" despite the loss last week.

Saturday's ACC game against the Cavaliers could be the last between the border rivals because Maryland moves to the Big Ten next year.
