WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- Prince William County police need your help locating a suspect who they say is wanted for abduction and attempted abduction.

Riaz Ahmed Noory, 22, held a 25-year-old woman at his home against her will between September 14 and 21. She told police that she attempted to leave multiple times but the suspect prevented her from doing so, officials said.

The victim told police about the abduction during an investigation into a domestic incident that she had with the suspect, officials said.

On September 25 at 1:09 a.m., police say the victim and Noory had a verbal altercation in which he tried to forcibly remove her from a home in the 1600 block of Thenia Place.

Other witnesses were able to break up the altercation, at which point the accused left the area, officials said.

Officials describe Noory as a white male, 6'0", 190 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 12700 block of Hunterbrook Drive in Woodbridge.
