RIVERDALE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a bank robbery at a bank in Maryland.
The robbery happened on January 3 around 10:00 a.m. when the suspect went into the Wells Fargo Bank located on the 6200 block of Baltimore Avenue. The suspect went up to teller, said he had a weapon and demanded cash. He then left with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
Police describe the suspect as a black male in his 50's, approximately 5'10" and 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hat, black jacket and dark jeans.
