ODENTON, Md. (WUSA9) -- Today's rain has passed, but not the controversy over Maryland's so-called Rain Tax.
The tax aims to collect as $18 billion from property owners by 2025 to pay for widespread environmental projects to clean up polluted stormwater runoff.
But the tax is new, and this week a revolt against it is heating up in at least two Maryland counties.
