ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Sky 9 flew over the scene where a car hit a CVS store in Rockville on Tuesday morning.

The store is located in the 1500 block of Rockville Pike.

According to police, a driver was trying to park at a space near the entrance at approximately 10 a.m. but accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. Police say the car went over a curb and struck the building and then another parked car.

There were no reported injuries, according to police.

Police say a building inspector determined the building was uninhabitable until repairs are made so the store is closed.

Police say the driver of the vehicle was not cited.
