WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Here are several of the major Affordable Care Act headlines for December 3rd. The White house is launching a fresh campaign to highlight the positives of the Affordable Care Act.  Enrollment centers are starting to pop-up around the country.  The Oregon state exchange site is still having problems and the federal site reached 100,000 new signups last month.
