CPSC recalls child's building toy sets

BETHESDA, Md., (WUSA) -- Here's a consumer alert for parents and caregivers.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling 7,134 Softimals, Build, Play Repeat toys.

The recall comes after an 18 month old gagged and choked on a plastic piece from one of the sets made by Infinity, Inc.

The call back impacts the Super Safari and Deluxe Circus Train building sets.  The model numbers are 30025 and 30040.

The CPSC says you should stop using the product immediately, and contact the company for free replacement figures. 

Consumers can call toll free at 888-558-0933 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PT) Monday through Friday.
