Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Matt Kuchar claimed his first World Golf Championship - Accenture Match Play Championship title on Sunday and that helped him jump 15 places to No. 8 in this week's world golf rankings.

The win was Kuchar's fifth on the PGA Tour.

Ahead of Kuchar, there was no movement in the rankings, but plenty of change behind him. Rory McIlroy remains the No. 1 player and he was followed by Tiger Woods, Luke Donald, Brandt Snedeker, Louis Oosthuizen, Justin Rose and Adam Scott.

After Kuchar, Lee Westwood slipped one to ninth and Ian Poulter, who took fourth at the Match Play, climbed three to 10th. Bubba Watson dipped a notch to 11th, while Phil Mickelson slid three to No. 12.

Steve Stricker, a quarterfinalist at the Match Play, improved three places to 13th. Charl Schwartzel and Jason Dufner both dropped three notches to 14th and 15th respectively.

Webb Simpson, who also reached the quarters, inched up one to 16 as Sergio Garcia and Keegan Bradley tumbled three to 17 and 18. Graeme McDowell stayed put in 19th and Dustin Johnson was down a pair to No. 20 this week.

Hunter Mahan, the runner-up to Kuchar, was up four to 21 and third-place finisher Jason Day climbed eight to No. 35.
