BETHESDA, Md. (WUSA) -- As you prepare to decorate your home for the holidays, you'll want to avoid the Silver Metallic Pillar Candle.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled 12,000 of the candles because the metallic paint on them poses a fire risk.
They're priced from $8 to $10 and were sold exclusively at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
The recalled product comes in two sizes 2.8 by 4 inches and 2.8 by 6 inches. The UPC code, 86718 56082 or 86718 56902, is printed on the bottom of the candles' plastic wrapping.
They were sold from October 2010 through November 2010.
You should stop using these candles immediately and return them to the store for a full refund.
