ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - A trial is set to begin for two men accused of illegally funneling money into Hillary Rodham Clinton's political campaigns.

The trial for William Danielczyk and Eugene Biagi, both of Oakton, starts Tuesday with jury selection in federal court in Alexandria.

The two men were officers of a company called Galen Capital. Prosecutors say they illegally used company money to reimburse employees for more than $200,000 in contributions to Clinton's 2006 Senate and 2008 presidential campaigns.

The case fell into limbo two years ago when a judge tossed out some charges, ruling that a century-old federal ban on corporate campaign contributions was unconstitutional. But an appeals court overruled him and on Monday the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the case.

There are no accusations that Clinton acted improperly.
