LEESBURG, Va. (WUSA9) -- A man rigged his grocery cart with a camera to shoot up women's dresses, police said.

It happened at the Wegman's Grocery store on June 17, in Leesburg, at around 3:18 p.m., police said.

Michael A. Toler, 46, of Kearneysville, WV, hooked up a video camera on the cart and rolled the cart next to six different women, according to police.

That's when Wegman's security called the police. The officer "observed a male subject appearing to be positioning a shopping basket containing a small video camera in the area of female shoppers wearing dresses," police said.

Toler has been charged with two counts of Unlawful Filming, Videotaping, or Photographing of another.

Toler was arrested on June 24, 2013 and released on a $2500 bond pending arraignment.
