ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- A woman was critically injured when she was hit by a vehicle on Seminary Rd. early Thursday morning.

According to Jody Donaldson, spokesman for the Alexandria Police Department, the woman was hit by a vehicle on Seminary Road at Fairbanks Avenue.  An accident reconstruction team responded to the scene, which blocked Seminary Road between Dawes Avenue and N.
