CAMP SPRINGS, Md. (WUSA) -- Prince George's County Fire Department Spokesperson Mark Brady says a commercial double-wide trailer in Camp Springs that caught fire was used by Metro maintenance staff.

Firefighters responded to the trailer in the 4300 block of Auth Place on Thursday at approximately 12:15 p.m. Fire was showing through the roof when firefighters arrived at the trailer, according to Brady.

No one was in the office at the time and no one was injured in the fire.

Firefighters extinguished the fire in about 15 minutes, says Brady.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Officials say the preliminary fire loss is estimated at $25,000.
