WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Police in D.C. are looking for a man they say grabbed a woman walking with her toddler on Thursday morning and ordered her to take off her clothes.
According to police, the incident happened at approximately 8:50 a.m. in the 900 block of Crittenden St. NW. Police say the woman refused to disrobe and broke free of the man's grip. She started for screaming for help and the man fled, according to police.
Police describe the man as a black male with a dark complexion between 17 to 18 years old, 5 feet to 5'5" tall with a slim build and short hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a gray and black jacket and orange backpack, say police.
