WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Passengers are still furious after a Metro meltdown on the Green Line Wednesday night. Hundreds of commuters were stuck in a tunnel for hours.
Metro is offering answers for the fiasco, and its general manager says he's sorry.
"I apologize to our customers," said Metro GM Richard Sarles. "It was unacceptable to our customers. It was unacceptable to me."
On Friday morning, Delia Goncalves reported from Navy Yard with more on what went wrong.
