SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA9) -- The opening of the $120 million Silver Spring Transit Center is being pushed back yet again.
This delay comes after a series of design and construction flaws.
Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett says contractors have repaired everything. All that's left to do is pour a new top layer of concrete, but the temperature needs to be above 45 degrees for about six weeks for that to happen.
