BALTIMORE (AP) - Police say they have arrested a man wanted in a slaying at southeast Baltimore playground earlier this month.
Detective Vernon Davis says officers arrested 19-year-old Capone Chase on Thursday morning.
Police say Chase lured 21-year-old Ramon Rodriguez to the playground, then killed him.
The department had named Chase its latest "Public Enemy No. 1" on Monday. Police say Chase is a member of the Black Guerilla Family prison gang.
