7-Eleven robbery suspects found after fast food robberies

STERLING, Va. (WUSA9) -- Three suspect are in custody in connection with a robbery at a 7-Eleven, Loudoun County Sheriff's Office officials said.

On July 24 at around 3:55 a.m., several suspects entered the 7-Eleven in the 21900 block of Cascades Parkway armed with firearms, officials said.

The suspects assaulted the store clerk, demanded money, and took cash from the cash register, officials said.

The clerk was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

"Two more robberies were later reported at two fast food restaurants in Herndon. Three adult suspects were apprehended by the Herndon Police Department and the Fairfax County Police Department. 

"The vehicle the suspects were using during those robberies was determined to be stolen from the area of Nations Street in South Riding. All three suspects are in custody and charges are pending in Loudoun County," officials said in a news release.
