MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA9) -- Fire officials are reporting a building collapse at Brown's Manassas Hyundai.
Around 6:28 p.m., officials responded to a call for a building collapse, Frank Teevan, fire marshal for the city of Manassas said.
One third of the roof collapsed and the building sustained other structural damage, Teevan said.
The collapse is suspected to have been caused by water on the roof that didn't drain properly, Teevan said.
People were inside at the time of the collapse and evacuated when they heard the noise, officials said.
Brown's Hyundai is located at 8561 Centreville Rd.
One patient is being evaluated by the medic unit and is said to have minor injuries, officials said.
We'll have more as the story unfolds.
