WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- DC Newsbabes will come together again for the fifth time.
The breast cancer charity was co-founded by D.C. anchors, including WUSA's Andrea Roane.
This year's star-studded event will take place June 27th, from 7-9 p.m. and benefit the Howard University Cancer Center, which is one of the metro region's top providers of cancer care to minorities. Our Monika Samtani, Anita Brikman and Lesli Foster will also serve as co-hosts at The Hamilton in downtown Washington. In addition, male anchors from each station, including Derek McGinty, will participate as the Newsmen in Pink.
Guests will enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and sweet treats.
Tickets cost $75 and are on sale at www.dcnewsbabes.org. Come get pretty in pink for a good cause!
