WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - DC Police say they have arrested the suspect wanted in a 2011 triple shooting that resulted in the death of 18-year-old Lucki Nancy Pannell.
The incident took place on Feb. 19, 2011 near Sherman Ave. and Columbia Road in NW. Police responded the scene after sounds of gunshots and found three victims with gunshot wounds, police said.
"The female victim was located in front of a residence in the 3000 block of Sherman Avenue, NW. Two adult male victims were located in the 700 block of Harvard Street," police said in release.
According to police, the female victim, 18-year-old Pannell died due to her injures at a local hospital.
On Friday, police arrested 21-year-old Deangelo Williams on an arrest warrant. Williams, of Northwest DC, was charged with first degree murder while armed.
