MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) --  Prince William County police are looking for a man with a gun who tried to rob a barbershop in Manassas on Thursday.

According to police, a man with a scarf over his face and a handgun entered Maplewood Barbershop at 8350 Shoppers Square. They say a barbershop employee screamed and the man fled on foot.

No money or property was taken, say police, nor were any injuries reported.

Police K-9 and a helicopter were searching for a black male, 6'1" tall with a heavy build, say police. The man was wearing all black clothing.

On the police department's Facebook page, officials added that the same location was robbed before and they were investigating the possibility that the two incidents may be related.
