WHEATON, Md. (WUSA9) -- Montgomery County Police are looking for help from the public in locating a driver who fled the scene after striking and killing a 53-year-old woman Tuesday night.
Officers from Montgomery County's 4th District were called to the area of Connecticut Avenue and Randolph Road around 8:15 p.m. for a report of a pedestrian struck. Police along with fire/rescue personnel found a woman in a grassy area just off southbound lanes of Connecticut Avenue near Everton Street.
