FAIRFAX COUNTY (WUSA) - Johnny D. Guillen, the accused serial 'butt slasher,' has a preliminary hearing set for February 25, 2013.
Guillen was taken into custody by the United States Marshal Service and transported to Fairfax County on Tuesday, officials say.
Guillen, was arrested in Lima, Peru on Jan. 14 after fleeing the U.S., police said.
He is the suspect of slashing nine women's backsides in Northern Virginia including two at Tysons Corner Center and five at Fair Oaks Mall, police said.
The 41-year-old has been charged with six counts of malicious wounding, two counts of attempted malicious wounding, and one count of forging a public document.
He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
