Montgomery County, Md., Police release video of suspect linked to gun discharge in Silver Spring, Md., McDonald's

SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA) - A suspect linked to the discharge of a gun at a Silver Spring McDonald's is seen in video released by Montgomery County Police.

On Nov. 14 at 9:37 p.m., police responded to the report of a shooting at the McDonald's at 8507 Colesville Rd. The suspect who was seen at the McDonald's had asked for access to a locked bathroom. When an employee pushed a button giving access to the room, a single gunshot was heard from inside the bathroom. The suspect then left the McDonald's, and officers found a bullet hole and a bullet fragment in the restroom. No gun was found.

The suspect is described as a black male, with a thin build, balding, and wearing glasses. The suspect was wearing a gray jacket, dark pants, and dark boots.
