WASHINGTON (WUSA) - DC Police say that four people were stabbed and another person suffered head injuries following an overnight fight in downtown Washington establishment.

Police say that at approximately 1:11 am Sunday, officers responded to the 1400 block of L Street NW for a report of a fight outside a club or restaurant.

According to the police investigation, five males got into a physical altercation with two males inside the establishment on K Street and all were thrown out by security personnel.

Police say that the fight continued outside where four of the five males in one group were stabbed with a pocket knife and a fifth sustained head injuries.

All of the stabbing victims were transported with non-life threatening injuries to a local hospital. It is unclear whether the fifth person was also transported.

Officers say there is a vague description of two suspects - one black male, one Hispanic male, both with cornrows.
