WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Check your child's lunch box. This recall could impact their midday meal.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is calling back nearly 250,000 Ci Sport Expandable Insulated lunch box sets.
The freezer gel packs contain a chemical that can leak and could be poisonous if ingested. One dog reportedly died after eating the gel.
The boxes were sold at Costco between May 2007 and September 2008.
The recalled sets have the code 1-61731-99-57 printed on the one of the two labels that are sewn under the white fastener inside the main compartment.
The CPSC says you should stop using this product immediately and return it to Costco for a full refund.
