Fairfax County Courthouse Closed Due To 'Loss Of Electricity'

FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) The Fairfax County Courthouse, in Fairfax has closed for the day, the county's website said.

The closing is due to "loss of electricity," according to the site.

County officials say the courthouse is the only building affected by the outage.

They expect the building to be "open for business as usual," Wednesday.

Here's the message posted on the county's website:

"The Fairfax County Courthouse, at 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, which includes the Fairfax Circuit Court, the Fairfax County General District Court and the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court has closed for the day due to loss of electricity"
