WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Sasha is a 6-year-old terrier mix who was rescued from a hoarding situation after having at least one litter of puppies, according to The SPCA/ Humane Society of Prince George's County.
Her fosterer says Sasha is loving, affectionate, and eager to please. She's really smart and knows lots of commands. Sasha is house trained, extremely playful, and very sweet to the people she knows.
But Sasha is aggressive with other dogs and has a very high prey drive, says her fosterer. She's wary of strangers and hyper alert to outside triggers.
Her fosterer says Sasha needs leash training, but learns super fast and excels when given a "job" to do.
Sasha can (and will) quickly escape from a fenced yard, so she cannot be left alone outside. She does well indoors, crates well, and is a first rate cuddler, according to her fosterer.
Sasha will be on Petline 9 at noon on Thursday on WUSA9. For more information on Sasha and other adoptable dogs from the SPCA of Prince George's County go to: http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/MD21.html
