WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Upscale retailer Neiman Marcus has settled a lawsuit with the Federal Trade Commission.

The high-end department store sold some products labeled as "faux fur", but they were actually the real thing.

And, items marketed as mink were really made out of rabbit fur.

The FTC says Neiman Marcus broke the law when it did not disclose the origin of the fur products.
