FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA) -- Superstorm Sandy brought lots of rain and with that some flooding.
The Monocacy River continues to be under a flood warning and is currently at 21 feet, officials say. The flood stage is at 15 feet.
Onlookers stopped by the river to snap photos of the water levels but some decided to get a closer look. Two men were rescued from the Monocacy River on Tuesday afternoon after using a raft to float along the river.
