CHAPIN, S.C.(WLTX-TV) - Glasses can add a new twist to your look, but sometimes it can be quite the adjustment.

Noah Fisher, 4, was having a hard time with the transition.

"I said, 'Put your glasses on,' and he just broke into tears, Noah's mom Linsdey Fisher said. "It was the saddest thing. It just broke my heart. And I finally got him to tell me why he was crying and he said because everyone was going to laugh at him."

Fisher decided to enlist the help of family and friends from all over the U.S. via Facebook.

Soon after the "Glasses For Noah" page gained hundreds of likes, and people flooded the timeline with pictures of themselves in glasses.

"It was very humbling to see how the community took time out of their day to post a picture of themselves for a little boy that half of them don't even know," Fisher said.

Although Noah is getting more and more comfortable with his new glasses, Fisher says the posts are still pouring in.

"I don't know how many more likes or pictures we'll get but as long as I'm getting pictures, I'll keep showing them to him every night," she said.

"Thank you for all the pictures," Noah said.
